1. Data Collection & Telemetry

AetherCloud Enterprise ("we", "our", or "us") is strictly committed to data sovereignty. We collect minimal telemetry data required exclusively for routing optimization, load balancing, and SLA compliance across our European nodes. All transiting multi-terabyte data streams remain end-to-end encrypted.

2. Use of Information

Authentication data provided through the Client Portal is utilized solely for SSO verification and billing resource allocation. We do not sell, broker, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information or corporate data structures to third parties under any circumstances, except as strictly required by EU regulations.

3. Security Standards & Compliance

Our routing backbone utilizes TLS 1.3 pipelines and zero-knowledge architecture by default. Nodes operate under stringent physical and digital access controls. Corporate clients are solely responsible for securing their API access tokens and rotating cryptographic keys according to their internal security policies.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

Our high-throughput network is designed for data-intensive B2B operations, including database synchronization, off-site backups, and media pipelines. Deliberate abuse of unmetered ports for unauthorized network scanning or DDOS amplification will result in immediate termination of the routing instance.
